Though his face showed the a cool and calm expression Ion's face was etched with a thin persona of puzzlement and confusion. Gadget had lead him an the others through an infinite maze of webs, lies, deceits and loses of connection. This laberanth seemed to stretch out ever farther never reaching a finite conclusion. It was almost as though Gadget was actually in fact, lost. Though Ion knew it wasn't true he couldn't help but wonder. But they were not alone in this endeavour and as he looked back Ion couldn't help but wonder at the strange ones who had come with him.

Gail did not like this place. It was lit but not by sun or torch light. As far he could tell there was no light and yet he could see. How very strange this place was and yet so familiar. Gail longed to be free outside, to ride the wind for here in this maze that which he yearned for was not here it was an empty place a place of darkness and light. A place were order reigned supreme and chaos stood in line.

Perfection and Aquarius were both annoyed at their current endeavour. Whatever this place was there was no air to burn and no water to quench. Though they had spent months transversing they had needed no rest and had not sought nourishment in any form. But with each passing step perfection felt as though a cage had encased his mind and was on the verge of breaking him. He needed the warmth of his eternal flame for comfort perhaps Pilgrim who seemed the least affected could help him.

(occ- Oh and if anyone is wondering I'm double posting for a reason .... Suspect it's up to you to figure out why)

Though he had seen many worlds, dimensions and galaxies nothing could have prepared him for this. In a way it reminded him of Erebus it's complex paths and locations designed to keep intruders away. Perhaps if they followed this path further they would come upon the guardian of this maze as Thesis did with the minotaur. but that was not at the prime of his concerns their party was large. Massive but yet they all could travel together with out so much as an argument. Even the dragons were cooperating despite their distaste for one another.

This temporary peace gave Pilgrim his hope and a reason to stay for hope that the world could one day again change.

Slowly, her tail whipped through the darkness, as a puff of smoke huffed out of her mouth, escaping through her mighty jaw as she stepped out of the darkness and glance around. She would much rather have the earth between her claws, to have the earths natural shadows, or earths natural light shinning upon her scales. Once out of the complete darkness, she noticed there was no real light, no anything really. Slowly, again, she looked back into the shadows and smiled softly, "my lady..."

Two red eyes opened in the darkness but outstepped what appeared to be a normal human, this new female looked up at the mighty dragon standing besides her, "we're not alone." the dragon nodded and another younger dragon stepped out of the darkness, her scales as black as the darkness that surrounded this new area. All three looked out ahead of them, and the human looking female took the first few steps forward.

(there, didn't do much Very Happy )
