"We're not sure why, he's been attacking all the elven kingdoms lately, I think he may see us as the stronger opponet. Not sure. But we must keep moving, that way. We'll meet others as we go, their insitinces will lead them to the fountain of winds, there is where we will meet everyone who has heard the call." Yumi said and put the bow on her back.

Alkai nodded, "yes, we must keep moving before the demons catch out scent."

"We can talk on the way."

Thorn looked at Feeble and said, "It's now or never, we must go with them. A group of 4 is better than 2. If anything comes our way to the fountain of winds we'll stand a better chance."

Feeble nodded even though he still wasn't sure about the myth becoming true and attacking their kingdom. But what did he have to look back on? Nothing really. He was with his brother and must trust him.

"Brother, I trust your judgement. Let us travel with Yumi and Alkai and fight by their side." Feeble said looking back at Thorn.

Thorn smiled and looked at Alkai. "Well, we can travel now but night is about to fall and a camp would suit us better for the situation. Just to be cautious, we should wield our weapons by our side."

Feeble nodded. "That sounds good! Let's look around for a clean area in the forest and make camp." Feeble lowered the backpack from his shoulder onto the ground before Alkai. "Me and Thorn have been on a camping trip for over a week, so we have all the supplies we'll need" He smiled!

"Why is it where ever we venture," a bright garbed man asked his cloaked companion, "trouble seems to find us?"

"Perhaps it is your scent ," his companion replied as a black liquid slowly dripped from his cloak, "The winds are known to care many fowl scents."

A small flame encircled the pair. The pair were actually hoping for a fight despite what they were saying. That was more for the demon's benefit then their own. "Well then let's give them a new scent to carry," the garbed man laughed forming a ring of fire around he and his companion, "Maybe the winds will like the scent of burnt flesh."

"There is a hidden camp not far from here our warriors would travel too," Yumi started and pointed off through the woods, "and its deep enough to where the demons cannot find us."

Alkai and Yumi took the lead, as they started walking off, "there is a hotspring there we can use to cook and bathe if need be."

"And there are many animals there that will cover our scents, we'll be safe from the demons for a night. and we can stock on food while we are there. This will be a long trip, I'm sure," Yumi said with a soft sigh. Remembering her kingdom to what it used to be, and forgetting what it is now.

He sat in a chair that looked they were created from teh very bones of demons who had been slayed, or worse. Punished by his evil hands, his own power.

Two demons, outside his door started whispering growling at each other, neither wanted to enter the throne room and tell Him the news. A higher demon stood besides them and threw one at the door.

Slowly, he entered the throne room, quickly and bowed before the darkness which sat in the chair before him, no definate feature overlayed his form.

"Master. The kingdome has been slayed." the demon said leaving the worse news out.

"But...," the creature growled.

"But, two got away, Alkai, there top genetically altered human and Yumi there top warrior. Sir, they..." he paused and gu;ped lowering his head, "Sir, they've blown the horn, the Call has been ushered."

"What?!" the creature stood and sent a dark wave of shadows throughout the room, "where are they now."

"They ran into the forest, we cannot find them."

"Find them you insignificant peice of scrap, even if you have to burn down the whole forest to do so!"

"Yes Sir." he said with a bow and hurried out of the room.

The shadow turned and moved over towards the window covering the very large back wall and saw a black pillar of smoke shooting into the sky in a far away place, "I will have you both dead sure enough."

The stream was red with blood.

"That may draw more of our enemies to our location," the cloaked man warned then laughed, "it may be better if you threw the whole demon in."

Alexander washed the last bits of blood off his blade before placing it in its sheath. "Ion I've noticed something odd since we've entered this forest." Alexander pointed at the nearest tree, "the animals are watching us but it is not with malice or even curiosity. Rather, it seems they are holding us in very wide concern."

Yumi and Aklai at the lead, they had led them deep into the forest where the sky had been scratched out by the enormous tree limbs that had overgrown into one another. But the pair did not fear the woods or what animals lay in them, their kind was one that shared nature and loved it, in return nature took care of them.

The walk was long but just as it had grown dark the sounds of water grew near and finally they stepped into a small clearing where a beautiful waterfall prooved unrestless, further down the stream there was an almost perfect rock wall that sheilded away a soothing hot spring.

Immediatly, without word, Yumi and Alkai set up for camp, making a fire and laying down sleeping mats made from bark and leaves.

"Ladies first I presume," Yumi said with a smile and looked at Alkai who smiled in return, "it's agreed then." without allowing a word from the men in the pack, they disappeared onto the other side of the wall and removed their clothes, easing into the hot spring with smiles.

A long silence passed between them and Yumi looked down into the water.

"Whats wrong Yumi?" Alkai wondered.

"You think, we'll ever be able to return home."

"I don't know." she answered, "but things are moving forward, slowly the group is coming together and we;ll take down the demon."

"I jsut hope, the prophecies dont' come true, I mean, if it really is Him, then we'll have a good struggle beating him."

"If it is Him, we will destroy him once and for all this time." Alkai finished and rested back against a rock, "stay strong young one."

Yumi nodded softly and dunked her head under water.

Thorn sat down by Feeble as they left the two enjoy the hot springs.

"Thorn, what exactly can we do with these two. They seem wild at heart and my instinct is begging me to turn around, to not believe the noise. But it's all true, is it not?"

Thorn's face was tired. He looked up with eyes big, wide opened. "Brother, we must believe these two. The horn was blown for a reason and to not believe it could cost us our lives. If we turn back now, we may be needed at some point and not be ready. Lets just rest for the time we have now and not worry. Besides....." His frown turned to a smile. "How often do you get to travel with two very good looking ladies?"

They both laughed. Feeble then smiled heavily and looked at where the hot springs were. "Wanna go for a dunk to scare the ladies? I'll climb to the top of the wall, while you run alongside it and at the count of three, we'll cannonball in!"

Alkai looked back over at Yumi as she sunk under the water and hold herself there before coming back out and wiping water from her eyes. "I suppose we should head north, it'll take us longer but the path is safer. We'll call the horn again and remain at that location, it is a holy place I don't think the demons will be allowed in there" Alkai said.

Yumi simply nodded.

Feeble climbed up the aging rock wall first, vines poking out almost grabbing his legs. Thorn followed suit and taking the same path as Feeble. In no time they were up on top the wall and could see the two ladies soaking in the spring. Feeble eyes gazed upon Yumi. For a split second he had forgotten how beautiful she was and was mesmerized by her hair and eyes. Her skin rebounded all the light from the water and he could see her laying back with her chest uuuuuupppppwaaaaaaaardddddd.............. Cannonball Splash!!!!!!!

Thorn laid on his belly and looked over the edge into the spring, seeing Feeble tidal wave. He couldn't help but laugh at it all. One push of his finger and his brother is instantly swimming. Thorn rolled back and forth laughing so hard he was tearing up. "Sorry brother for the fall! You mustn't stare at people, you know it's impolite!"

Feeble opened his eyes and saw the bed of the springs, bubbles gushing all around him. He quickly looked up and saw the surface. He lodged his feet onto some rocks and propelled himself upwards. Water swirled around him and he glided swiftly towards the top.
